This was an auction held for the estate of the late Alice Fleisch of Hermann on July 11th, 2013. Her 2-bedroom 1-bath home on East Second St. was sold at absolute/no-reserve auction and sold to a local bidder for $57,000. The auction also featured a nice selection of personal property including a 2000 Honda Civic with only 34,000 miles that sold for $6,250.
