Schneider Auctioneers was proud to conduct a land auction for the Helen Aubuchon Irrevocable Living Trust on January 12th, 2017 in Rhineland Missouri. Two tracts of 100% wooded hunting/recreational land were offered at live public auction at the Valentine Hall in Starkenburg. There were approximately 30 registered bidders from St. Louis to Jefferson City in attendance to compete for the two tracts of land as well as a large crowd of onlookers.
The first tract under the hammer was 67 acres (more or less) and sold for $290,000. The second tract offered was approximately 37 acres (more or less) and sold for $180,000. Both tracts sold to the same bidder from the St. Louis area. The two tracts together totaled $470,000 for 104 acres (more or less), averaging $4,519 per acre.
