Tracts 1 & 2 are located in Sections 1 & 2 of Township 45N-R6W, Montgomery County, MO.  From Rhineland, take Hwy. 94 west 1.8 miles to Best Bottom Rd., take Best Bottom Rd. approx. 1/2 mile to tracts.
