Group of 1968 US uncirculated coin sets

Due to the passing of our former owner and mentor Roy R. Schroff, we have decided to hold a memorial live auction once a year at our auction facility in his honor.  100% of the seller commission that we charge our sellers for this auction will be donated to local charities including The Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer, The Mid-Missouri Fisher House and Pedal For the Cause.  We will be selling antiques and collectible items of all types, jewelry, advertising signs, pottery, glassware, cowboy items, quilts, furniture, coins, reconditioned chainsaws & much more!  Nearly 500 items all selling regardless of price.

This is a live auction, online bidding will not be available for this auction.  Absentee bids will be accepted.  Please call the Auction Company at 573-834-2207 before auction day to place an absentee bid.

All items sell regardless of price, there are no reserve prices or minimum bids.  There will not be a buyer's premium charged at this auction.

SALES TAX: 6.975% Missouri sales tax will be charged to all buyers at this auction (except on coins) unless you have and provide us a copy of your Missouri retail sales tax license

PAYMENT: Payment must be made on auction day, nothing to be removed before it has been paid for. Accepted forms of payment include:

• New customers: checks from new customers will be limited to $5,000, amount over $5,000 from new customers must be paid by cash or bank wire transfer
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express with a 3% convenience fee. We do not accept credit or debit cards on payments over $5,000
• Personal or business check with proper ID
• Bank wire transfer
• Cash

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event

Miscellaneous: All decisions of the Auction Company are final as to the methods of bidding, disputes among bidders, increments of bidding and any other matters that may arise before, during, or after the auction.  Auction Company reserves the right to deny any person the right to participate in the auction for any reason, or to ban anyone from the auction who attempts to disrupt it.

Personal and property risk: Persons attending during item inspection, auction or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person(s) and property and specifically release and hold harmless the Auction Company, Auction Staff and Seller from liability or other recourse, therefore neither the Auction Company, nor the Seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the auction is held.
