This auction features consignments from local farmers and contractors. Farm & Construction equipment, vehicles, trailers, ATVs, large shop equipment, livestock equipment & more. All items sell without reserve and all bids start at $1.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up on Friday, October 26th from 9 AM to 5 PM or Saturday, October 27th from 9 AM to 5 PM at 4076 HWY V V, Berger, MO 63014, unless alternate pick-up arrangements are made with the auction company by calling 573-291-8075 or 573-834-2207. Auction company will have a forklift on site to assist buyers with loading.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: a 3% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $103.00 at check out.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3% convenience fee), personal check (Up to $2,000.00) with proper ID, wire transfer & cash. Checks over $2,000 must be pre-approved by auction company. Credit cards will not be accepted for payment on invoices over $3,000. Payment must be made when items are picked up. Please note, if you are paying by a credit or debit card the cardholder must be present to sign the card receipt and bill of sale.
Sales tax of 6.975% will be charged to all Missouri residents except on items that are exempt from sales tax for agricultural use (these items are noted as such in their description) and titled vehicles (tax on titled vehicles will be charged at the time of registration in the buyer’s licensing jurisdiction).
