Property location: 1544 Hwy J, Hermann, MO 65041.  From the west side of the Hermann city limits take Hwy 100 5 miles west to Hwy J.  Take Hwy J 2.5 miles west to the property.

  • Please note: The bidding close times on Tract 2 & 3 will be linked together so that if either lot receives a bid in the last two minutes before close they will both be extended an additional two minutes together, giving all bidders equal opportunity to bid on any combination of tracts they are interested in.
  • Deposit & purchase agreement: The winning bidder or bidders are required to bring a deposit of $10,000.00 per tract purchased to the property location and execute a purchase agreement the next business day following the conclusion of the auction.
